Francisca Dyegh
Country Manager

Francisca has a Bachelor Degree in Arts from the University of Ilorin, she also has a Masters in Strategic Marketing from Cranfield University, Bedfordshire, United Kingdom. Before joining Echostone Nigeria Francisca worked with the Palton Morgan Holdings where she was Head of Marketing, Sales and Business Development Division, She also doubled as the Managing Director of the subsidiary Grenadines Homes Limited. Francisca also has 13 years of experience in the Nigerian Banking industry where she worked in the Corporate banking space, particularly the oil and gas, conglomerates and construction teams of the banks. She has worked with the major banks like Equitorial Trust Bank (now Sterling bank plc), Access Bank and Guaranty Trust bank where she was Head of Construction group in Lagos.

Isabel Williams
Head of Finance

Isabel is a trained and highly experienced Management and Financial accountant with varied global experiences spanning Europe, USA, Asia and Africa. Her career so far spans activities in the Government, Banking, Construction, Manufacturing, Chemicals & Textiles, Fashion and Retail industries, Start up companies and Not for Profit organizations. She is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA) She has a vast experience in Company Valuation, formulation and presentation of business cases, upgrading and implementing of accounting software, supporting project bids and grant proposals, providing financial input into equity restructures, franchising and management buy-outs (MBO).

Timothy Atsekhame
Construction Manager

Atsekhame Timothy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Benin and obtained a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Salford in the United Kingdom. He is a member of several professional bodies both internationally and in Nigeria including the Project Management Institute, Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), and the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE). His Professional career to date cuts across both Civil/Infrastructure to real Estate. He worked in P.W Nigeria Ltd for several years as a Project Engineer, hereafter in Multi-Purpose Infrastructural Development Construction Limited (MIDC ltd) as Group Head (Projects) and currently as Construction Manager for Echostone Development Nigeria Ltd.

Ndidi Ejoh
Human Resources & Admin Manager

Ndidi has over 15 years of experience in Legal, Human Resources & Administration and Customer Care Management and has worked in several sectors of the Economy including Telecommunications, Financial Services and Real Estate. She is a graduate of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State and is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, having been called to the Nigerian Bar. She started her career in the Law firms of Adewole, Sulaimon and Co, after which she moved on to the Customer care and Training department of Econet Wireless (Now Airtel). She has also worked in different capacities of Legal officer, Human Resources Manager and Practice Manager in financial services companies of BDO Professional Services and later Pedabo Associates Limited. She joined the Echostone team in 2018 as the Human Resources and Admin Manager and has applied her diverse Professional background and expertise to the Role.

Adunola Akindele
Legal Manager/Company Secretary

Adunola is the Legal Manager at EchoStone Development Nigeria Limited with experience across diverse aspects of corporate commercial transactions spanning Banking and Project Finance; Public-Private Partnerships, Aviation and Electricity & Energy Law. Adunola is an alumnus of Queen Mary, University of London where she obtained her LL.M (Masters’ Degree); she was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2010. She is proficient in contract construction and negotiation with a focus on creating sustainable legal frameworks. She has successfully concluded several Public-Private Partnership arrangements with different clients and State Ministries of Health. Her areas of interest and expertise include: Banking & Finance, Capital Markets, Intellectual Property Law; Company Secretarial and Corporate Governance; Capital Markets and Securities; Negotiation and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

George Asakpoku
Sales Manager

George has over 13 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, 6 of those years as a professional property consultant in Real Estate both locally and internationally. Over time, he gained the required leadership and dynamism necessary to provide outstanding quality services and the efficiency to drive product’s competitive advantage/unique perceived benefit. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Sociology from OlabisiOnabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye in 2004 George has attended several Managerial Courses. He is also engaged in a Project Management program. He is currently a member of the EchoStone team as the Sales manager and has been able to apply his comprehensive knowledge of the Real Estate Industry, Construction, Facility Management and its procedures as well as the ability to think smart and act fast.

    Aercrete – Aercrete is a private, Swedish company that developed and manufactures the EchoStone 625 CLC machine and foaming agent. Aercrete has granted EchoStone the exclusive right to use the machine and foaming agent for housing construction worldwide.

    LeChase – LeChase Construction is a full-service construction management and general construction firm based in Rochester, NY with extensive experience in a wide range of industries. LeChase is developing and implementing the construction program for each EchoStone JV. LeChase will use its knowledge of the EchoStone System and construction best practices to create a tailored construction plan in each country. LeChase will implement the program with all in-country construction managers.

    Peri – Based in Germany with offices across the globe, PERI is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of formwork and was selected as the best formwork to use with the EchoStone System following an exhaustive search.

    Tyrens – Tyrens provides structural engineering and sustainable solutions in the fields of urban development and infrastructure.

    Tengbom – Tengbom, founded in 1907 and Scandinavia’s leading architectural firm, provides architectural services.

    “SWAT Team” – Based in Sweden, the “SWAT Team” are experts in the production and use of EchoStone CLC who are deployed in-country to oversee and manage on-site concrete production.
